Cradle Technology fails to meet bond payment; stock to be downgraded

Cradle Technology, a Taiwan-based computer network software developer, is likely to default on an NT$290 million (about US$8.53 million) bond payment due tomorrow, company chairman Terry Chang admitted yesterday.
