Nanya projects DRAM output to grow by 15% in 3Q and by 50% in 4Q

With a ramp in 0.11-micron capacity, Nanya Technology expects its DRAM output to grow 15% and 50% sequentially in the third and fourth quarters this year, up from 6% in the second quarter, said company spokesperson Pei-lin Pai.
