Fitel to launch its second dual-mode PHS/GSM handset in 3Q

First International Telecom (Fitel), a Taiwan-based PHS telecom provider, will launch another dual-mode PHS/GSM handset in Taiwan in the third quarter of this year, according to company president CY Wu.
