Nanya expects NT$3.6 billion bill for R&D in 2003

Nanya Technology, a major Taiwanese DRAM maker, expects to spend NT$3.6 billion on research and development (R&D) this year, according to company spokesperson Charles Kau. The amount would equal 13% of its total revenues.
