SPIL reports 1Q revenues of NT$5.6 billion, up 6.7% Y/Y

Siliconware Precision Industries Company Limited (SPIL), one of the world’s largest IC packaging companies, said that its revenues for the first quarter increased 6.7% year-on-year to NT$5.60 billion.
