Xilinx qualifies FPGAs on 0.13-micron at UMC’s 12-inch fab

Xilinx on Friday announced production qualification for its FPGA products, using 0.13-micron technology on 12-inch wafers, with fab partner United Microelectronics Corporation (UMC).
