Elpida and PSC reach consensus to jointly develop China market

Japan’s sole major DRAM maker Elpida Memory and its Taiwanese partner Powerchip Semiconductor Corporation (PSC) reached a consensus on Wednesday to cooperate on sales in China, according to Eric Tang, PSC’s spokesperson.
