ASE buys Agilent test systems amid rising package and test demand

Agilent Technologies on February 20 announced that Advanced Semiconductor Engineering (ASE), the world’s second-largest packaging and testing firm, has purchased several of its 93000 SoC series model P800 and C400e test systems.
