Samsung’s DDR333 and DDR400 sales hit over 10 million units

Samsung Electronics on December 9 announced that its DDR333 and DDR400 sales exceeded 10 million 128Mbit-equivalent units in November thanks to a boost in demand from PCs and workstations.
