Toshiba to boost NAND flash market share to 50% by end of 2003

Toshiba is slated to double its production capacity of NAND flash memory for mobile phones at its Yokkaichi, Mie Prefecture plant to 75,000 wafers per month by the end of 2003, reported the Nihon Keizai Shimbun.
