IEK cuts growth forecasts for Taiwan IC production

The Industrial and Economics Knowledge Center (IEK) of Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) has lowered its 2002 growth forecast for Taiwan’s semiconductor production to 20.3% from an original estimate of 26.6%.
