Japanese electronics companies: Rays of profit don’t dispel shade on full-year outlook

Finally climbing out of the red, six out of the nine top Japanese electronics companies reported profits for their fiscal first quarter (April-June). Only Toshiba, NEC and Fujitsu continued to suffer losses.
