June: 256Mbit overtakes 128Mbit as mainstream DDR

June DRAMeXchange production figures indicate that 256Mbit DDR is replacing 128Mbit DDR as the mainstream DDR product. Global 256Mbit DDR output for June grew nearly 36% from May, while 128Mbit DDR output actually fell by 17.1%.
