TSMC to use Fab 7 to process TFT LCD driver ICs

Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) reportedly plans to use the entire capacity of its Fab 7 (about 25,000 8-inch wafers per month) to contract manufacture TFT LCD driver ICs.
