Powerchip, ProMOS raising funding for 12-inch fabs

Taiwan-based ProMOS Technologies and Powerchip Semiconductor Corporation (PSC) are continuing to finance their 12-inch wafer fab construction and equipment purchase plans through bank loans and GDR (global depositary receipt) issues.
