Samsung SDI aims to boost shipments of color STN LCDs for mobile phones this year

Last October, Samsung SDI launched a 2-inch, 65,000-color STN LCD for mobile phones, featuring a 60-millisecond response time, 105mW power consumption rate and 36-cd/m2 brightness.
