Hynix raises SDRAM contract price for third time

Hynix Semiconductor on January 2 announced that IBM, Compaq Computer and Hewlett-Packard (HP) have agreed to a higher DRAM contract price. The average contract price has gone up about 30% to US$2 per 128Mbit unit.
