SEMI: Global equipment shipments dropped 55.6% in 3Q 2001

According to Semiconductor Equipment Materials International (SEMI), global semiconductor equipment shipments reached US$5.6 billion in the third quarter, dropping by 20.2% quarter-on-quarter and 55.6% year-on-year.
