According to Dataquest, DRAM sales will fall by 67% to US$10.5 billion in 2001 and 19% to US$8.5 billion in 2002. Dataquest analyst Andrew Norwood forecast that most DRAM makers will continue losing money until the fourth quarter of 2002.
