Sharp to raise January 15-inch TFT LCD price by US$10

Following in the footsteps of Taiwan and South Korea’s TFT LCD producers, Sharp reportedly intends to raise its January 15-inch TFT LCD contract price by US$10 to US$220-230, according to the Nihon Keizai Shimbun.
