DRAM contract prices still reflect weak market demand

Although spot prices for 128Mbit SDRAM have gone up above US$1, weak market demand continues to push contract prices further down. News from major DRAM manufacturers of plans to decrease capacity have spurred a sudden rise in spot prices.
