Acer launches AMD-based Aspire 5110

Acer has launched the Aspire 5110 notebook, based on an AMD Turion 64x2 Mobile TL-52 CPU. It features a built-in CMOS-based webcam that can pan through 225 degrees. While Acer's Ferrari AMD 64 notebooks are rather expensive, the Aspire 5110 is priced at NT$41,900 (US$1,275).
