Kingmax to begin mass production of 2GB microSD cards

Kingmax Digital, an affiliate company of the Kingmax Group, which also includes memory-module maker Kingmax Semiconductor and backend service provider Kingpak, today announced it will begin mass production of 2GB microSD cards.

Manufactured under the company's patented PIP (Product In Package) technology utilizing the COB (Chip On Board) packaging method, the cards will be sold under the Kingdisk brand, Kingmax said.
