ProMOS secures NT$20 billion fund for DRAM expansion

ProMOS Technologies signed a five-year syndicated loan agreement worth NT$20 billion with 21 Taiwan-based banks.

The money will be used for expansion and manufacturing process technology migration at the company's existing 12-inch Fab 3 in the Central Taiwan Science Park (CTSP).
