ASE Kaohsiung plant allowed to resume operations

The K7 factory of Advanced Semiconductor Engineering (ASE) located in Kaohsiung, southern Taiwan - suspended for months in the wake of major pollution violations - has been allowed to resume normal operations immediately, according to the company.
