Lite-On to buy 20.6% stake in LCD TV-inverter maker Li Shin

Taiwan-based Lite-On Technology has decided to spend NT$1.25 billion (US$39 million) to take up a 20.58% stake in Taiwan-based power supply-maker Li Shin International Enterprise (LSE), the company said after a board meeting.
