Hitachi Displays to expand TFT LCD panel capacity, says paper

Japan-based Hitachi Displays expects to expand its small-to-medium size TFT LCD panel capacity by about 30% to meet demand from digital still camera (DSC) and camera phone makers, according to the Japan-based Nikkei Sangyo Shimbun.
