Nanya and Inotera 2010 capex to rise

Nanya Technology and Inotera Memories plan to increase their capex for 2010 to accelerate their process advancement, according to the companies. Both Taiwan-based DRAM makers have reported significantly narrower losses for the third quarter of 2009.
