ProMOS Fab 3 production ahead of schedule

ProMOS Technologies is running fabrication ahead of schedule at its first 12-inch fab (Fab 3), located in the Central Taiwan Science Park (CTSP), with monthly capacity now reaching 42,000 wafers, according to company sources.
