TV tuner card maker AVerMedia to build new factory May 19, 11:29 AVerMedia Technologies, a Taiwan-based maker of TV tuner cards, will expand its production capacity by constructing a new factory in northern Taiwan at an estimated total cost of NT$1.1 billion (US$33 million), according to the company.
