Albatron announces mini-ITX motherboard supporting AM2+ CPUs

Albatron Technology has announced the KI780G mini-ITX motherboard featuring the AMD 780G chipset. The mini-ITX board's most distinguishing feature is its AM2+ socket and support for quad-core and triple-core AMD Phenom processors.

The AMD 780G chipset features integrated ATI Radeon HD 3200 graphics, while the motherboard also provides a PCI Express x16 slot for a discrete graphics card if needed.

The board also features 128MB side-port DDR2 memory dedicated for use with the IGP helping to increase 3D performance by 10%, Albatron highlighted.
