WI Harper manages US$165 million fund to help Taiwan develop AI

US-based venture capital firm WI Harper Group manages a US$165 million fund partly contributed by the Taiwan government, in a bid to help Taiwan develop AI (artificial intelligence) technology, according to company vice president Norman Liang.
