China market: Xiaomi unveils quad-core smartphone

China-based smartphone vendor Xiaomi Technology has unveiled its new smartphone, the Xiaomi X2, featuring a Qualcomm 1.5GHz quad-core CPU, a 4.3-inch IPS display, and 8-megapixel camera with a price tag of CNY1,999 (US$314).
