BOE may roll out AMOLED panels at Ordos line in 2014

China's biggest panel maker, BOE, is constructing a new 5.5G production line in the Inner Mongolia city of Ordos with plans to produce LTPS TFT LCD initially and later AMOLED in 2014, according to industry sources.
