Taiwan 2011 reduction in carbon dioxide emissions over 37% in excess of targets

The total amount of Taiwan's carbon dioxide emissions in 2011 decreased by 4.8185 million metric tons from 2010, 37.28% in excess of the target of 3.51 million metric tons, according to the Council for Economic Planning and Development (CEPD).
