Late September DRAM contract prices fall by 5-6%, say Taiwan makers

Late September contract prices for DRAM, including DDR3 and DDR2, dropped by 5-6%, with prices for 1Gb DDR3 slipping to US$1.97 and 2GB DDR3 modules declining to US$34, according to Taiwan-based DRAM makers.
