Arima Opto to set up LED chip joint-venture in China

Taiwan-based LED epitaxial wafer and chip maker Arima Optoelectronics Corporation (AOC) on December 8 announced the establishment of a joint-venture to make high-brightness LED chips with a local government in Shanxi Province, northern China.
