DDR2 spot prices to reach US$1.50 or beyond, says DRAMeXchange

Spot prices for DDR2 1Gb chips are expected to reach US$1.50 or even higher in the second half of 2009 because of tighter supply, according to DRAMeXchange. Pricing has trended upward by over 30% since the middle of July.
