Solar cell makers in Europe not benefiting from increasing demand, say Taiwan makers

The demand for crystalline solar cells in Europe has been increasing since May-June 2009, but European solar cell makers generally have not seen increased utilization rates, according to Taiwan-based solar cell makers.
