Ibase reveals Intel Atom-based SBC

Ibase Technology has revealed a 3.5-inch disk-size single board computer (SBC), the IB888 designed for low power and mobile applications.

The IB888 is powered by either 1.33GHz or 1.6GHz Intel Atom processors with a 533MHz FSB. The board integrates the Intel US15W XL system controller hub with GMA500 graphics and DDR2 memory up of 2GB.

The 3D-capable Intel GMA500 graphics engine supports DirectX 9.0E and OpenGL 2.0.

The IB888 offers features and high-speed connectivity for professional applications including one Gigabit LAN, watchdog timer, digital I/O, six USB 2.0 ports and four serial ports, said Ibase.
