Most Taiwan DRAM makers trim capex, except for PSC

After posting combined losses of over NT$20 billion (US$658 million) in the second quarter, Taiwan's major DRAM makers have all slowed down their expansion via cutting capital expenditure (capex), except for Powerchip Semiconductor Corporation (PSC).
