Transcend unveils 16GB USB flash drive

Transcend Information has introduced its latest high-capacity USB flash drive, the 16GB JetFlash V60. With dimensions of 61×18.6×9.8mm, the V60 is small enough to be taken anywhere, the company highlighted.

The JetFlash elite software suite included on the drive can be installed to run directly from the JetFlash drive when plugged in, and includes eight data management functions, including: Website AutoLogin, PC-Lock, Mobile Favorites, Secret-Zip encryption, Mobile E-mail, DataBackup, Online Update and the My JetFlash browser.

The JetFlash V60 supports Windows 98 SE/Me/2000/XP/Vista, Mac OS 9.0/OS X and Linux Kernel 2.4.2 or later, providing seamless data exchange between different operating systems, according to the company.
