PVI announces buyout of 95% stake in BOE Hydis

Taiwan-based Prime View International (PVI), on November 21, announced that the company has signed a memorandum of intent (MOI) with Korea-based BOE Hydis to spend 260 billion won (US$285 million) to secure a 95% stake at Hydis.
