Asustek spin-off Unihan to focus on acquisitions

Unihan Technology, Asustek Computer's spin-off subsidiary to be formed on January 1, 2008, will focus mainly on mergers and acquisitions, investing and forming strategic alliances, according to Asustek chairman Jonney Shih.
