Sources: Qimonda to pay 10% more for Winbond DRAM in 3Q

Qimonda, the former memory business unit of Infineon Technologies that has now spun off, has secured DRAM capacity with Winbond Electronics in the third quarter at prices 10% above the current level, according to sources.
