Taiwan market: Chunghwa Telecom lowers mobile to fixed-line phone charges

Chunghwa Telecom (CHT) on November 9 announced a downward adjustment in price for voice communications from handsets to fixed-line telephone numbers by an average of 7%, with the new rates effective on December 1 of this year.
