DRAMeXchange: Sluggish trading amid fears on a short-lived boom

DRAM trading turned sluggish in the spot market last week and left the market vulnerable to price swings. Average spot prices for 256Mbit (32Mbitx8) DDR 400/333/266 chips dropped 2-3% to US$4.34, US$4.12 and US$3.9, respectively, in Asia.
