The majority of Taiwan-based TFT-LCD makers, including AU Optronics (AUO), Chi Mei Optoelectronics (CMO), Chunghwa Picture Tubes (CPT) and HannStar Display, may raise prices for 17-inch LCD-monitor panels, according to sources.
