ASRock announces Intel 3 series motherboard

ASRock has announced its first Intel 3 series motherboard, the ASRock 4Core1333-eSATA2 based on the P31 plus ICH7R chipset combination.

The motherboard supports Intel Core 2 Quad, Core 2 Duo, Pentium Dual Core and Celeron 400 series processors. It also supports DDR2 800 memory, AMD CrossFire technology, PCI Express Gigabit LAN and IEEE1394.

The motherboard is ready for upcoming 45nm processors, according to the company.
