ITC to investigate TSMC complaints against SMIC

The US International Trade Commission (ITC) announced on September 16 that it would begin to investigate complaints filed by Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) against Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation (SMIC).
